Ok, I’m back! I took
a few weeks off for what I’m calling “Spring Break”. It was hardly a break though as I have been
running around like a madwoman trying to get things done before baby #2 arrives in
eight weeks (or less)! I’ve been working pretty diligently
on finishing Rowen’s big girl room and starting the nursery! So far Rowen’s room is almost done (just have
to hang a few things on the walls) and the baby’s room is officially
painted with all furniture in place!
With that being said, it's back to normal scheduling starting today! First up are a few pics from this past weekend…
We didn’t do too much other than declutter what felt like
our entire house and the garage (ahhhh, feels so good to be organized)…
Rowen attended her weekly gymnastics class…
Planted a few flowers…
Took Rowen to a local Easter Egg hunt…
And ended with weekend dying eggs for the first time (she
loved it)!
I'm also back with Meal Plan Monday! Now that it’s (finally) nice outside, we’ve
busted out the grill! I hope to be
sharing more grill-friendly meals with you this spring/summer, but for now it’s much
of the same…enjoy!
Monday: Italian Meatloaf (side note, I am not a huge beef fan, especially not meatloaf, but I am trying to eat more protein so this is a step in the right direction for me!).
Tuesday: Gnocci Mac N Cheese
Wednesday: Not cooking
Thursday: Potato and Chicken Casserole
Friday: Grilled Cheese Roll-ups
