Father's Day 2015

Father's Day 2015 was extra special because this year we celebrated as a family of four!

The morning started with gifts for Ryan ---- A new fishing pole and a surprise pole for Rowie, too! Lately, Rowen has been talking a lot about backyard camping and fishing so I thought I'd get her a pole to go along with Ryan's.  She and Ryan spent the morning learning to cast in the living room!

Later, we headed to a nearby park to play on the playground and splash around in the fountain!  It was hot, almost too hot to keep Wyatt out very long so after about 40 minutes we headed indoors for a pizza lunch!

We then ended the day at our neighborhood pond so that Rowen could get a chance to go "real fishing".  She absolutely LOVED it and now calls herself "daddy's fishing buddy" - so cute!

So with that, I just want to say happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!
