Monday: Italian Chicken Bake
Tuesday: Orecchiette With Meatballs and Tomato Cream Sauce (using normal noodles I can pronounce and beef meatballs)
Wednesday: Ham and Cheese Pockets
Thursday: Grilled Vegetable Quesadillas
Friday: Not cooking
I'm off to be a sub for my neighbor's Bunko game. I've never played Bunko in my life...should be interesting!
